Duration: 6-month contract

Visa: USC, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD

Location: Remote (EST hours)

Proven Monday.com implementation experience
Strong background in:
- Workflow design
- Automation
- Enterprise project management platforms
Ability to deliver documentation and knowledge transfer
Comfortable working with leadership and large stakeholder groups (≈55 managers)

Job Description:

The consultant(s) will be responsible for:

Configuring the Monday.com platform to Southern Company Gas specifications
Designing workflows, automations, and best‑practice project structures
Supporting enterprise‑level project phases:
- Project management & planning
- Instructional design
- Training delivery
- Change management and enablement
Providing:
- Configuration documentation
- Knowledge transfer
- Transition support post‑rollout

Once implementation is complete, Southern Company Gas will own and manage the platform internally.
