Top 3 Required Skills:
5+ years of Oracle APEX development
5+ years of Oracle PL/SQL, including procedures, functions, packages, and advanced queries
Oracle RDBMS (19c preferred), Oracle Forms migration, and performance tuning

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Oracle Developer to modernize legacy Oracle Forms applications by migrating them to Oracle APEX on Oracle Database 19c. Responsibilities include APEX application development, PL/SQL programming, database performance tuning, web services integration, application security, testing, documentation, and production support. Experience with SQL Developer/TOAD and Agile/Scrum is preferred.

Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours/day, Monday–Friday); additional hours require prior approval.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field required.

Preferred: Prior Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or environmental systems experience.
